Refund policy

We offer 30 Day returns and exchanges. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in new condition in order to be eligible for a return or exchange. You must pay for return shipping.

EXCHANGES

Please indicate the desired model/size you would like to exchange. We recommend you contact customer service, info@tressforus.com, to place your exchange on hold so it does not sell out while we await your package. Please send an e-mail with the order number, the item, and size you would like on hold. Tress does not compensate for exchanges. 

RETURNS

All items must be unworn, unwashed and in new condition to be eligible for a refund or merchandise credit. All sales are final on clearance items.
